Responsibilities -

• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand love, and FOMO.
• Own our channels-from gritty carousel drops to indulgent suspense reels. Keep them bold, playful, and unmistakably on-brand.
• Write scroll-stopping captions, design UGC prompts, plan content calendars that blend romance, wit, and flavour.
• Build and nurture a tribe of premium indulgence seekers, both online and offline. if someone loves our brand, they should feel seen, heard, and obsessed. Respond like a real human, spot community champions, and ensure every conversation feels personal.
• Conceptualise, plan, and execute epic in-store, pop-up, and collab events that turn customers into fans and fans into a movement.
• Build and nurture relationships with culinary innovators, influencers, artists, and cultural tastemakers who align with the brand.
• Lead Generation & Partnerships: Grow brand awareness via influencer collabs, media tie-ins, and creative activations that feel like IRL moments, not sponsorship.
• Digital Optimization: Review analytics, learn what’s resonating, and evolve our marketing playbook. Track social and web performance and improve strategically.

Requirements -

• 2 years in marketing, content, social media, or community roles - bonus if you’ve worked D2C, F&B, or startups.
• A confident writer who can switch from cheeky to classy without skipping a beat.
• A Natural Vibe Curator: You just know what makes people engage, react, and fall in love with a brand.
• You thrive on feedback, analytics, and iteration - never just set it and forget it.
• You feel alive when building stories, nurturing relationships, and digging into data.
• Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva), CMS, scheduling platforms, and basic analytics.
• Bonus if you’re plugged into social trends, meme culture, or regional nuance - especially that Delhi fomo.
