As a Marketing Claims Analyst/Admin, your primary responsibility will be to review and validate marketing claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure that all claims meet industry standards. Additionally, maintaining documentation and audit records related to marketing claims will be a crucial part of your role. You will also support administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and tracking claim approvals. Furthermore, you will be responsible for updating marketing content across various platforms based on validated claims. In the role of a Product Information Systems Analyst, you will be tasked with managing product data within internal systems to guarantee completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will maintain product attributes, specifications, and documentation. Your role will involve optimizing workflows and data processes to enhance efficiency and minimize errors. You will also play a part in system updates, integrations, and troubleshooting activities. Generating reports and insights to aid business decisions related to product information will be an essential aspect of your responsibilities. It is crucial for you to be available for calls until 12 noon CST (10:30 PM IST in the summer months, 11:30 PM IST in the winter months) every day to engage with business stakeholders effectively. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 4-8 years of relevant experience in marketing claims review, administration, or product data management. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in managing data within product information systems like PIM, ERP, or other relevant tools is necessary. Familiarity with marketing compliance standards and regulatory requirements is also a key requirement.
