  • Consulting & Marketing Services – Helping clients grow their businesses through customized strategies, digital marketing, and market intelligence.

We are now expanding our consulting & marketing services and are looking for a Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist who can help us grow our client base, develop marketing campaigns, and directly support growth generation.

Role Overview

This is a dynamic, high-impact role ideal for someone passionate about marketing, networking, and business growth. You will work closely with the Founder to lead client acquisition initiatives, pitch services, manage campaigns, and develop growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and convert them into clients for consulting and marketing services
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers via LinkedIn, emails, and calls
  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to attract customers
  • Develop and pitch customized service proposals to potential clients
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities
  • Represent the company at business events, online webinars, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech + consulting) to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Track performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Education: MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA (Marketing/Business), or relevant field
  • Freshers with strong communication and marketing instincts are welcome
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing & B2B sales
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to work in a startup-like environment
  • Willing to explore and learn AI tools, digital trends, and sales techniques

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with CRM tools, Trello, Notion, Google Docs, or Slack
  • Prior experience in a startup, marketing agency, or consulting firm
  • Ability to conduct webinars or sales presentations
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, or performance marketing

  • Base: Noida
  • Mode: Hybrid / Remote flexibility based on performance and coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,936.94 - ₹50,695.63 per month
