About the Role:
We are a fast-growing startup with a small, dedicated team looking for a hands-on Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist who can wear multiple hats while focusing on bringing in clients from Australia and the USA.You will be responsible for generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, handling digital marketing activities, and supporting client onboarding while shaping the companys growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:Lead generation and client acquisition with a focus on Australia and the USA.Research and identify potential clients in target markets.Execute cold outreach (email/LinkedIn) and follow up to book meetings.Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) on a lean budget.Manage social media presence and content creation to build brand awareness.Build and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and case studies.Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.Collaborate closely with the founders to align messaging and pivot strategies as needed.Assist with client onboarding and relationship management to ensure long-term retention
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition (Australia/USA focus)
- Digital Marketing Campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)- Social Media Management & Content Creation (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)- Email Marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)- CRM Management (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent)- Excellent English Communication Skills (written & spoken)- Basic Graphic Design (Canva or equivalent)- Analytical Skills (campaign tracking, lead funnel reporting)- Self-Starter & Independent Execution in Startup Environment- Time Zone Flexibility (to align with AUS/USA clients for calls)
- Self-starter mentality: Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks in a startup environment.
- Lead generation skills: Research, outreach, and follow-up to convert prospects.- Content creation: Ability to write clear, engaging posts, emails, and ad copy.- Digital marketing basics: Running paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.- CRM management: Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.- Strong communication skills for interacting with Australian and US clients.- Basic design skills (Canva or similar) for creating posts and simple graphics.- Analytical mindset to track campaigns and adjust based on performance.
