Marketing Business Development Manager

As a Marketing & Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and driving growth through strategic partnerships and direct engagement with educational institutions. You should possess a dynamic and driven personality, along with a strong and active network of contacts across colleges and schools. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions such as principals, HODs, and placement cells. You will be expected to promote our consultancy services through various channels like campus visits, seminars, webinars, and career fairs. Generating leads and driving student enrollments through institutional partnerships will be a key focus area for you. In addition, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and campaigns specifically targeting educational institutions. Representing the company in education expos and networking events will also be part of your role. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of student onboarding and consultation services is essential. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM preferred) and fluency in English and local language(s). Your ability to effectively communicate, build relationships, and drive business growth in the education sector will be critical to your success.,
