Role Overview: You are being considered for the position of Business Development Associate at Sanchi Star Hotel and Resort in Raisen. Your main responsibility will be to drive sales and marketing initiatives, with a specific focus on the Deewanganj location. As a Marketing & Business Development Associate, you will be pivotal in identifying potential clients, conducting market research, generating leads, managing the online presence, organizing promotional events, coordinating with hotel operations, and preparing sales reports. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and individual customers. - Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. - Generate leads and convert them into bookings through the application of effective sales techniques and follow-up strategies. - Manage and maintain the hotel's online presence, which includes the website and various social media platforms. - Organize and take part in promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility. - Collaborate with hotel operations to guarantee seamless service delivery and improve guest experience. - Produce regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Qualification Required: - You should possess a minimum of 2-6 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred. - A comprehensive understanding of the hotel industry, market trends, and customer preferences is necessary. - Ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
