Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will play a key role in lead qualification, lead nurturing and counselling, working under Senior program Counsellors/Advisors contributing in achieving sales targets on weekly basis. You will be the first point of contact for learners, helping them navigate through our platform, answering their queries, and ensuring they have a seamless learning experience. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers in the EdTech industry and make a positive impact in education. Key Responsibilities: - Lead qualification on the daily basis based on the leads generated through paid campaigns by the marketing team - Serve as the primary point of contact for Learners, responding to their queries via email, chat, and phone. - Assist Learners with program-related inquiries, technical issues, and general platform navigation. - Monitor student progress and provide guidance to help them stay on track with their learning goals. - Gather feedback from learners and communicate insights to the product development and content teams. - Conduct onboarding sessions for new students to introduce them to the platform and explain how to access course materials and resources. - Support the creation and updating of help documentation, FAQs, and other learning resources. - Participation promotional event in academic institution and corporates across India Qualifications: - Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline (Business / Management / Commerce/ IT) - Strong communication skills ( Hindi/English/Marathi/South Indian Languages) - A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping learners succeed - A proactive, customer-oriented attitude with a high level of empathy. - Basic understanding of educational technology or a willingness to learn. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
