Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Marketing Automation Trainee. The trainee will assist in implementing and managing marketing automation platforms, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and executing lead generation and nurturing campaigns. Responsibilities include working on marketing analytics, supporting marketing strategies, and leveraging web analytics to optimize performance. You will gain hands-on experience in marketing automation processes and work closely with the marketing and data teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement initiatives.

What you will learn:

• Proficiency in Marketing Automation, including working knowledge of automation tools and platforms
• Experience in Marketing and Marketing Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
• Skills in Lead Generation and strategies for customer acquisition and nurturing
• Understanding of Web Analytics with the ability to track and analyze user behavior and website performance

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Business Analytics, or related field is preferred
