Job Description

As a Marketing Automation Technician at Navitas, you will play a crucial role in shaping the delivery of tailored, high-performing communications across various channels such as email, SMS, and landing pages. You will work collaboratively with a cross-regional team to support European university partnerships and contribute to automation and personalization efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Build and deploy email marketing campaigns accurately and efficiently - Create WordPress landing pages that align with campaign strategies - Develop Marketo forms and smart campaigns for effective data capture and flow - Report on campaign performance and key automation metrics - Map nurture journeys and conduct tests on personalization approaches - Support the implementation of automation and personalization tools - Identify and explore new opportunities to enhance automation efforts - Communicate effectively with global stakeholders to achieve shared marketing goals Qualifications: - Tertiary Level education or relevant sector qualifications/training - Proficiency in Adobe Marketo, WordPress, and marketing personalization - Experience in a sales and marketing-focused environment - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work efficiently within deadlines - Effective interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholder groups - Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite - Positive mindset, problem-solving abilities, creativity, and enthusiasm for new products Navitas is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment where all employees are valued, respected, and supported.
