The Marketing Automation Technician plays a significant role in shaping how tailored, high-performing communications are delivered across email, SMS, landing pages, and more at Navitas. You will be responsible for building and optimizing automation and personalization across key marketing channels as part of a collaborative, cross-regional team that supports European university partnerships and works closely with colleagues in Europe and India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and deploying email marketing campaigns with precision and speed - Creating WordPress landing pages aligned with campaign strategy - Developing Marketo forms and smart campaigns for data capture and flow - Reporting on campaign performance and key automation metrics - Mapping nurture journeys and testing personalization approaches - Supporting the rollout of automation and personalization tools - Identifying and developing new opportunities to enhance automation efforts - Communicating clearly with global stakeholders to achieve shared marketing goals Qualifications required for this role: - Tertiary Level education or related sector qualifications/training - Experience using Adobe Marketo, WordPress, and marketing personalization - Experience working within a sales and marketing focused environment - Proven ability as a team player - Strong verbal and written English language communication skills - Ability to work to deadlines - Effective interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholder groups - Computer literacy skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite We are looking for individuals with a "can do" mentality, natural problem-solving skills, high creativity, and a passion for exploring new products.
