Job Description

Key Skills:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise
:

Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize custom processes, features, and capabilities.

Team Leadership and Development
:

Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Provide ongoing support, training, and professional development opportunities.

Lead Evaluation and Process Improvement
:

Oversee the lead evaluation process to ensure efficient qualification and distribution of marketing leads.
Continuously identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Collaboration with Marketing Automation Leaders
:

Work with onshore marketing automation leaders to analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions within Marketing Cloud.

Performance Management
:

Conduct performance reviews to ensure adherence to Key Result Areas (KRAs).
Adjust roles and responsibilities to align with evolving business needs

Preferred candidate profile

Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership.
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Certifications.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively

Experience Required:

*Suggestion 7 – 12 years in industry , minimum 5 years in MC with 2 years in a lead position
