Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Branding

  : Manage presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube; create posts; monitor analytics.

• Lead Generation & Nurturing

  : Run digital campaigns, maintain CRM database, and hand over qualified leads to sales.

• Event Identification & Execution

  : Research and identify relevant events, manage logistics and branding, and collect leads.

• Market Understanding

  : Research coconut/agri-tech markets, competitors, customer trends; track government schemes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Agri-related fields.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in agri-tech/startups.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, digital tools, and lead generation.
• Exposure to event management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, design sense, and analytical mindset.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly growth in social media engagement/followers.
• Number of leads generated & qualified.
• Successful participation in key events.
• Timely delivery of market research reports.
