We have openings in the US shift (Monday to Friday, 8 pm to 6 am) and Europe shift (12 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Salary and incentives are higher in the US shift .

Responsibilities:

• Understand and address client needs in proper, formal, and convincing language.
• Collaborate with sales, editorial, and operations teams.
• Manage client inquiries and support sales efforts.
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time.

Requirements:

• Excellent written English.
• Ability to research and understand different companies and products.

Remote-Friendly Hiring:
