Marketing Associate

Job Description: As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by executing campaigns, managing content, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring seamless coordination of day-to-day marketing activities. Your passion for branding, content creation, and digital marketing will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, and events. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences. - Create, edit, and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials. - Monitor and analyze marketing metrics like website traffic, email open rates, and campaign performance, and prepare performance reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and align with business goals. - Support the management of social media platforms, including post scheduling and audience engagement. - Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, or webinars. - Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies for campaign deliverables. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role, including internships. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and HubSpot. - Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices is a plus. - Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics. - Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. - Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and social media scheduling tools. - Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
