Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and creating engaging content. Additional tasks include coordinating with teams, analyzing performance metrics, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to the development of promotional materials. The candidate will also collaborate to ensure effective communication of ManoShala’s mission and services to the target audience. Qualifications Skills in Digital Marketing (Meta Ads), Social Media Marketing, and Campaign Management Ability to conduct Market Research and Competitor Analysis Organizational and Project Management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, SEO tools) Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Experience in or passion for the mental health or wellness sector is a plus
