Position: Marketing Associate (Events, Webinars, Dinners)

Plan and execute custom events primarily in the US, including logistics; ensure all events support lead generation; conduct market research; and collaborate with other teams to manage successful events.    

Summary:

The Marketing Associate will focus on planning, organizing, and hosting events, dinners, and executive meet-ups to drive business growth, including coordinating all logistics. These logistics include identifying ciities, venues and menues, as well as developing agendas, invites, collateral and give-aways for events. These events will take place primarily in the US, but also may be hosted in the UK/Europe, Canada, South America and India. This associate will also research market trends, regional opportunities for events, and target companies within key regions. They also will drive lead-generation strategies related to the events.    

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute custom in-person events/dinners and virtual webinars for executives and potential clients, primarily in US but also in the UK/Europe, Canada, South America and India.   
  • Provide oversight for venue and vendor selection, agenda development, on-site management, and pre- and post-event internal briefings. 
  • Identify key stakeholders and presenters and ensure they are prepared for any presentations needed at the event. 
  • Craft engaging marketing programs for event sign-ups and post-event follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.  
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach tailored to different audience segments (prospects, MQLs, SQLs, partners and customers).  
  • Work with the content and design teams to create compelling email copies, subject lines, LinkedIn messages and event landing pages.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution and ensure all communications and event presentations align with our brand voice.
  • Optimize campaigns for engagement, conversion, and lead quality, including A/B testing of different formats, CTAs, and messaging.
  • Track MQLs from various marketing channels and ensure execute upload of this data accurately to CRM. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates) and suggest improvements.  
  • Generate post-event reports on event outcomes, highlighting ROI and campaign effectivness.
  • Consistently offer recommendations for future events.   

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or Pardot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms.  
  • Proven track record in hosting and managing successful events in the US and/or Europe.   
  • Strong organizational and event management skills.   
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   
  • Experience working directly with sales or business development.   
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   
  • Ability to work between 2pm to 11pm-
