1. Business planning and delivery of results 1. Analyse sales trend and accordingly create and execute trade promotions, incentive programs etc to drive channel partner engagement and increase sales performance. 2. Monitor and measure effectiveness of trade promotion activities by key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. 3.Provide regular communication and updates to all stakeholders regarding promotional initiatives. 4.Tracking and monitoring marketing budget spend on sales promotion activities. 2. Building decision support system through excel, power BI 1. Analysing trade promotions' effectiveness, working on analytics applications Alteryx, Power BI to assess the trend and analyse the root cause, Predictive Analytics for retailer wise / distributor wise sale recommendation. 2. Managing various type of MIS systems for retail channel to review performance against sales targets and operational KPIs and to assist critical decision-making and business process 3. Generate and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Alteryx for financial and sales insights. 4.Generate predictive analytics for distributor-wise and retailer-wise sales recommendations. 5. Assist in preparing reports for internal reviews and decision-making. 3.System functional development and deployment 1. Coordinate with vendors and GITL for smooth system deployment and data exchange. 2. Ensure accurate and timely syncing of sales, stock data between vendor systems and internal ERP. 3. Troubleshoot integration issues and liaise with IT teams for resolution. 4. Maintain documentation and SOPs related to Tally integration processes. Organizational Imperatives - Adhering to safety protocols, IMS, compliance, and organizational initiatives such as Kaizen, Business Excellence etc.
