Job Description

Role Summary

The Marketing Associate will handle Vianaar’s digital presence and communication efforts, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives across social media, websites, and external channels. This role requires strong content skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects while upholding brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital and Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across Meta and LinkedIn as per posting calendar
  • Draft engaging copy for posts, Stories, newsletters, and digital ads
  • Design Stories and campaign assets using Canva when required
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions to ensure timely ORM
  • Conduct regular hygiene checks to maintain brand consistency and accuracy
  • Support strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth

Content Creation and Website Management

  • Write high-quality content for social media, website updates, and marketing collaterals
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project talking points and accurate details
  • Share content cues and ensure timely and error-free updates on the website

Campaigns and Brand Initiatives

  • Conceptualise digital campaigns and greetings for special days and key moments
  • Work with the design team to ensure brand-aligned visual communication

Vendor Coordination

  • Manage communication and delivery timelines with vendors
  • Conduct quality checks on all deliverables
  • Coordinate with Finance for timely vendor payments

Internal and External Communication

  • Draft WhatsApp and email communication for project promotions
  • Coordinate and support creation of quarterly newsletters for CRM, Facilities, and HR
  • Plan and execute festive greetings and seasonal communication initiatives

Photoshoot Coordination

  • Develop reference boards to guide shoot styling and brand direction
  • Coordinate logistics with photographers and project teams for visual requirements

Influencer Collaborations

  • Identify and evaluate influencers aligned with brand positioning
  • Manage coordination and fulfilment of collaboration deliverables

Awards and PR Support

  • Research relevant awards and manage timely submissions
  • Plan and execute journalist and client gifting requirements
  • Coordinate hosting arrangements for journalist and influencer visits
  • Proofread coverage received and follow up with the PR agency for timely delivery
  • Prepare briefing notes and launch inputs for agency teams

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across Delhi and Goa for marketing updates and alignment
  • Ensure smooth execution of launch- and project-related marketing tasks


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Mass Media, or similar field
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or brand communication preferred
