About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives. This role will focus on managing our social media presence, assisting in crafting compelling ad scripts, and driving engaging UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in growing, and monitoring the company’s social media channels across platforms.
• Assist in writing creative and impactful ad scripts that align with brand voice.
• Create UGC content for Google & Meta ads.
• Create campaigns and execute them effectively with the help of collaborative efforts as per requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and content strategies.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Fluent in both Hindi & English.
• Familiarity with social media trends, analytics, and engagement tactics.
• Has an understanding of the use of SEO for visibility.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
