About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate with prior experience in the Education sector The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to execute impactful marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote educational programs and services.● Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports to optimize results.● Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.● Create presentations / proposals, and write blog posts as needed.● Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives

Requirements
● 1–3 years of marketing experience in the Education or Edtech industry.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals.● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.● Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (Google Forms, Canva, CRM tools, etc.).● A proactive, result-oriented, and creative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
