Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct on-ground marketing and sales activities to promote company products/services in the Srinagar region.
Identify potential partners, institutes, and retail points for collaboration and product placement.
Generate leads through field visits, local events, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching centers, and local distributors.
Execute marketing campaigns, branding activities, and awareness drives as per company guidelines.
Collect and report market insights, competitor analysis, and consumer feedback to the regional marketing head.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations team for timely delivery of materials and support.
Represent the brand professionally in all offline activities, seminars, and exhibitions.
Maintain proper documentation of sales reports, leads, and field activity logs.
