Digital Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate at our company, your role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. You will conduct market research, create compelling content, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated with industry trends to ensure innovative marketing tactics. Your responsibilities will also include generating leads, maintaining a structured social media calendar, and writing content as needed. Additionally, you will be required to: - Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. - Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. - Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to enhance marketing strategies. - Produce high-quality content, maintain a structured social media calendar, and generate leads. - Facilitate follow-up activities, make presentations, and create proposals when necessary. Qualifications required for this role are: - Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role. You should possess the following skills: - Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in marketing research and data analysis. - Ability to create engaging content and manage social media platforms. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
