Design & Motion Artist

As a Design and Motion Artist at our company, located in Thane and Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging motion graphics and design elements for a variety of digital platforms and media. Your creative talents will be instrumental in shaping the overall branding and visual identity of our company, contributing high-quality content for social media, corporate videos, web series, marketing campaigns, and more. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and designing captivating motion graphics tailored to project specifications, crafting engaging content for social media platforms to boost brand visibility, developing design elements like icons and illustrations, and creating motion graphics for web series, corporate videos, films, and marketing materials. Collaboration with teams to design storyboards for various video and animation projects will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines in all visual and motion design work while effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in graphic design principles encompassing layouts, typography, color theory, and composition. Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a creative mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years is required, with a preference for candidates with additional experience in 3D motion graphics and animation, familiarity with various design tools and software, and a track record of producing content for digital platforms.
