Presales and Operations Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Presales & Operations Executive. This hybrid role involves managing presales activities, nurturing leads, handling backend client operations, and ensuring effective communication across teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Lead Nurturing - Identify and nurture potential leads from the lead database.

- Maintain effective communication with potential clients to understand requirements and challenges.
- Develop, implement, and optimize lead nurturing campaigns via email and digital strategies.- Customize presentations and proposals to align with client-specific needs. - Prepare and deliver sales collateral and documentation.Client Management & Operations - Act as the main point of contact for clients post-sales, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.- Build and maintain strong client relationships and resolve concerns effectively.- Collaborate with marketing, media, production, and design teams to propose and deliver tailored solutions.- Maintain and capture a detailed lead and client database. - Assist in backend operations including client software support. Research & Strategy- Conduct market research to discover trends and improve lead conversion strategies.- Create engaging content drafts and email sequences that drive engagement and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in presales, operations, or client-facing roles.- Proven experience in email marketing and CRM usage (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
