Roles and responsibilities

Marketing Initiatives

Competition Tracking

· Monitor and analyze competitor activities, product launches, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and market positioning

· Maintain a competitive intelligence repository and regularly update battle cards and competitor profiles

· Identify emerging threats and opportunities through continuous market scanning

Account Intelligence

· Conduct deep-dive research on key accounts, including organizational structure, decision-makers, business priorities, and technology stack

· Support sales and account teams with tailored intelligence to improve win rates and customer engagement

· Track account-level news, funding updates, partnerships, and strategic moves

Market & Industry Monitoring

· Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors impacting the business

· Provide regular reports and dashboards summarizing key developments and insights

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align intelligence with business goals

Marketing Communications

· Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and refine messaging frameworks that differentiate our offerings in the market

· Build and maintain modular, customizable sales decks that align with buyer personas, industry trends, and competitive positioning

· Create and update rebuttal guides to help sales teams effectively counter competitor claims and traps during the sales cycle

· Partner with sales and marketing to test and iterate on messaging effectiveness in the field

Marketing Operations

· Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, documentation, and compliance.

· Manage contracts, renewals, and payment processing in collaboration with the finance team

· Maintain a systematic record of all marketing-related agreements and invoices.
