Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential investors interested in the Bachpan Play School franchise model. Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and meetings to pitch the franchise opportunity. Present the financial model, support structure, and ROI expectations clearly. Guide prospects through the entire onboarding process – from inquiry to agreement signing. Maintain lead databases and track progress through CRM tools. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth franchise setup. Attend franchise expos and represent the brand confidently. Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
