Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Assistant at New Era Informatique or CBY Services.

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for communication, market research, customer interaction , sales, and sales & marketing tasks to support the company's growth and success in Thane.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.With AI or without.
• Must demonstrate excellence in customer communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in market research and sales
• Knowledge of sales & marketing strategies
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in a marketing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
