About Atypical Academy

Atypical Academy is an inclusive learning platform focused on providing top-tier exam preparation (CAT, Bank exams, and more) for persons with disabilities (PwDs). We are on a mission to empower learners through high-quality content, expert mentorship, and a strong support ecosystem.

Role Overview

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms.
Drive engagement through regular content creation and promotion.
Collaborate with influencers, communities, and partners for outreach.
Organize and promote webinars, workshops, and online events.
Monitor performance metrics (leads, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
Assist in developing communication strategies for specific disability communities.
Manage WhatsApp/Telegram groups for lead nurturing.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or community engagement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Basic design skills (Canva or similar) are a plus.
Passion for education and inclusivity is a must.

Nice to Have

Prior experience working with educational platforms, or social impact startups.
Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
