Role Overview

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms.
• Drive engagement through regular content creation and promotion.
• Collaborate with influencers, communities, and partners for outreach.
• Organize and promote webinars, workshops, and online events.
• Monitor performance metrics (leads, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
• Assist in developing communication strategies for specific disability communities.
• Manage WhatsApp/Telegram groups for lead nurturing.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or community engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar) are a plus.
• Passion for education and inclusivity is a must.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with educational platforms, or social impact startups.
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
