Virtual Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Input and organize performance data from platforms like

  Google Analytics

  ,

  Meta Ads

  , and

  LinkedIn Ads

  .
• Watch client meeting recordings and send

  clear recap emails

  with action items.
• Create and assign tasks in

  ClickUp

  ,

  Slack

  , or similar tools.
• Conduct

  research

  on markets, audiences, and competitors.
• Maintain

  advertising matrices

  with updated budgets and performance.
• Proof marketing materials for correct links, spelling, and formatting.
• Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Track deliverables, monitor campaign timelines, and support project managers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a

  Virtual Assistant

  ,

  Marketing Coordinator

  , or

  Project Assistant

  preferred.
• Excellent

  organization, written, and verbal communication

  skills.
• Proficiency with

  Google Workspace

  ,

  Microsoft Office

  , and

  project management tools

  .
• Basic understanding of

  digital marketing platforms

  (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working

  4 PM – 12 AM

  and communicating with remote teams.
