Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 🛒 Sales: Identify and approach new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and retail sectors. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals with clients. Develop and maintain relationships with electrical distributors, OEMs, and contractors. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth. 📣 Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (online and offline). Promote the company’s brand and product offerings at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings. Collect market intelligence and competitor data to support marketing strategies. Coordinate with design teams to produce promotional materials and product catalogs. 🤝 Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality control) to ensure timely delivery and service. Maintain strong communication with clients for repeat business and satisfaction. Document and track client interactions using CRM tools.
