Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at Mithunram tex, a leading name in the textile and garment industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our speciality prints, expanding our market presence, and supporting sales through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, creating customer engagement strategies, and identifying growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote speciality prints Flock, Foil, Pigment and reactive prints
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support monthly revenue targets
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs
• Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on textile printing and fashion industry trends

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related customer-facing role (textile or manufacturing industry experience is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with a goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Marketing, Business, Fashion/Textile Technology, or a related field preferred (Fresh candidates with MBA Marketing is also preferable.)
