Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Executive at Mithunram tex, a prominent player in the textile and garment industry situated in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, you will be a pivotal member of our team. Your primary responsibility will involve spearheading marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility of our speciality prints, including Flock, Foil, Pigment, and reactive prints. With a focus on both local and international markets, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic marketing strategies, conducting market research, fostering client relationships, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive lead generation and meet revenue targets. Your role will also encompass the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs, alongside monitoring and adjusting campaign performance based on insightful analysis. It will be essential for you to stay abreast of industry trends and possess a deep understanding of textile printing and fashion dynamics to excel in this position. To thrive in this role, you should ideally possess 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or a customer-facing capacity, with a preference for candidates with exposure to the textile or manufacturing sector. Strong communication skills, a self-motivated and innovative mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams are key attributes we are looking for. A Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, Fashion/Textile Technology, or a related field is preferred, although fresh candidates with an MBA in Marketing will also be considered.
