Job Description

Develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) in Sales Department.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) in Sales Department.
Maintain and develop existing accounts.
Target new customers as well as new business opportunities.
Infuse Sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients.
Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
Build an open-communication environment for your team.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Required Skills

At least 2-6 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and business development.
Experience in project and warehouse sales is a big plus.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Excellent in communication and negotiation.
Extended customer portfolio in Pan India and outside.

Preferred Skills

Experience in project and warehouse sales is a big plus.
