Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager + Ads Expert to manage and grow our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both organic social media growth and paid advertising, with strong creative and communication skills.

This role involves working on both ApsteQ’s brand and the personal brand of our founder, driving engagement, reach, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies for growth and engagement.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and maintain brand consistency.
• Plan, create, and post engaging content (Reels, posts, stories, short videos).
• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) to generate quality leads.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for both organic and paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to produce high-quality content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and growth strategies.
• Work closely with leadership to shape overall content and ad strategy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and paid ads.
• Proven ability to grow brand presence organically.
• Experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong creative skills with a good eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI tools, automation, or marketing tech.
• Basic video editing or design skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Previous work with personal brands or agencies.
