Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Real Estate Sales

  • Manage sales leads, client follow-ups, and coordinate site visits.
  • Attend walk-in customers, explain project details, and support sales presentations.
  • Assist in showing properties (including larger commercial or leasing-oriented spaces when needed).
  • Provide basic information to clients about available spaces for sale or lease.
  • Support preparation of sales and leasing-related documents such as proposals, LOIs, and information sheets.
  • Maintain logs of client enquiries, follow-ups, and visit records.
  • Coordinate with CRM for documentation, bookings, and customer communication.
  • Support pricing checks, inventory tracking, and availability updates.

Channel Partner & Broker Engagement:

  • Share project information and updates with channel partners and brokers.
  • Assist in CP meetings, events, and maintain updated partner databases.

On-Ground Marketing & Event Execution:

  • Support BTL activities, exhibitions, roadshows, RWA events, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in corporate outreach activities to generate leads for sales or leasing.
  • Ensure proper branding and setup at project sites and event locations.

Branding & Collateral Management:

  • Manage brochures, standees, hoardings, flyers, and related marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with printing vendors and fabrication partners for timely delivery.
  • Ensure updated branding is maintained at sales galleries, sample flats, and project sites.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain daily sales trackers, enquiry lists, and weekly reports.
  • Prepare event/activity reports and share updates with the sales leadership team.
  • Ensure all sales and leasing documentation is organized and updated.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in real estate sales support (leasing exposure is a plus).
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work on-ground and support field activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
