Marketing and Growth Intern

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and driven marketing & growth intern to join our growing all-women team.

You’ll work directly with the core team and play a hands-on role in growing a meaningful food brand from the ground up.

About the Internship

Location: Thane - Onsite (Candidates should be preferably based in Thane)

Type: Internship

Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹7,000

Duration: 3 months 

Responsibilities

1. Design engaging visual content

   for Instagram, including posts, stories, and reels, using tools like Canva (Adobe Illustrator is a plus), while maintaining Beleaf’s brand tone and visual identity.

2. Develop and manage a content calendar

   to ensure timely, consistent, and aesthetically aligned social media presence across platforms.

3. Establish and grow Beleaf’s brand presence

   on LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring messaging is consistent and professional.

4. Communicate with customers

   by managing and responding to incoming orders and queries via WhatsApp or phone in a timely and friendly manner.

5. Maintain organized financial records

   related to sales, expenses, and marketing spends, and regularly share insights or reports to help improve operational efficiency.

6. Conceptualize and execute creative, budget-friendly marketing campaigns

   — both digital and offline — to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

7. Create clear reports or presentations

   to pitch marketing ideas, share performance results, and communicate project progress to the team.

8. Stay up to date with relevant trends

   in marketing, branding, and design — and make informed decisions about which trends align with Beleaf’s identity.

9. Work collaboratively with the team on-site

   on mutually agreed days to plan shoots, brainstorm ideas, and manage core business activities.

Qualifications

We’re not looking for years of experience

• The candidate

  must be based in Thane

  , as occasional in-person collaboration with the team will be required.
• They should have

  excellent verbal and written communication skills

  , with the ability to express ideas clearly, confidently, and collaboratively.
• A strong

  sense of aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling

  is essential to maintain and enhance Beleaf’s unique brand identity.
• The candidate should be

  proficient in Canva

  for creating digital content. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or other design tools will be considered a strong advantage.
• They must be

  comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, basic video/photo editing apps

  , and other relevant software for planning and executing content.
• A

  high-quality smartphone

  capable of shooting clean, professional-looking photos and videos is required, as content creation will be a regular part of the role.
• They should be

  actively engaged on Instagram

  , familiar with current trends, and able to identify what works in terms of content, timing, and engagement.
• It is important that they are

  aware of recent marketing campaigns and branding strategies

  by both Indian and global companies — especially in the food, lifestyle, and D2C space.
• The ideal candidate will be

  creative, independent, and proactive
