Marketing and Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients (individuals & businesses) via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Understand client needs and explain our service offerings
• Schedule and manage appointments between clients and technical engineers
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan lead generation strategies
• Maintain CRM/Google Sheets to track outreach and follow-ups
• Represent the company in client meetings, events, and presentations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to build growth strategies

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (Hindi & English)
• Confident and professional attitude with a client-first mindset
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnel
• Comfortable with on-ground field visits within Delhi NCR when required
• Freshers and college students with strong communication skills are welcome
