Role Overview:The Business Coordinator will support key functions—customer acquisition, order fulfillment, and internal coordination—to ensure the business runs smoothly. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:Acquire new customers through cold calling and follow-ups.Coordinate order processing and ensure timely fulfillment.Liaise between customers, vendors, and internal teams.Track inventory and oversee logistics.Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement.Maintain records of sales, orders, and client communication.Resolve operational and service issues proactively.Help streamline internal processes and documentation. Skills & Qualifications:Experience in cold calling or direct sales communication.Strong multitasking and organizational skills.Clear written and verbal communication.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRMs/order systems is a plus.Knowledge of customer service practices.Experience in order fulfillment or coordination preferred. Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in operations, customer service, or coordination—especially in retail, gifting, or e-commerce.
