Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing and Branding Specialist with a min 5-7 years of experience in relevant position (preferably from the Financial Services industry) for a full-time on-site role based in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and managing brand positioning. You will collaborate with internal teams to plan campaigns, design marketing materials, and enhance customer engagement efforts. The role also involves analyzing market data, monitoring campaign performance, and contributing to overall sales growth through impactful branding efforts.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
Expertise in Market Research and the ability to analyze trends
Experience in Sales and a proven track record of achieving targets
Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning and execution
Strong focus on Customer Service and engagement
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for achieving goals
Knowledge of the financial sector, particularly rural financial services, is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
