Job Description

Job Summary Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of secured loan products such as home loans, loan against property (LAP), auto loans, or equipment loans. This includes customer acquisition, credit evaluation, documentation, and post-disbursement support while ensuring adherence to regulatory and risk policies. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard customers for secured loan products. Evaluate collateral such as property, vehicle, or equipment and coordinate with valuers and legal teams. Conduct credit assessments and recommend loan limits. Manage loan documentation, ensuring all legal and compliance checks are complete. Work with credit and risk teams to ensure approval and disbursal within timelines. Maintain and grow customer relationships post-disbursal. Achieve monthly disbursal targets and portfolio quality KPIs.
