Marketing Analyst

As a Marketing Analyst at Rhythm, you will play a crucial role in analyzing marketing data, supporting high-impact campaigns, and contributing to the success of our global marketing efforts. We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive team player who is passionate about driving results and making data-driven decisions. - Extract, compile, and analyze marketing data from various platforms. - Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics. - Identify trends, audience behavior, and engagement patterns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content for RFP responses. - Assist in planning and executing webinars, virtual events, and global marketing campaigns. - Maintain lead/contact data using CRM systems. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in a marketing support or analyst role. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools. - Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools. - Experience with virtual meeting platforms. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,
