Marketing Analyst - Ecommerce

Amazon Advertising & Performance Optimization Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) and DSP campaigns to maximize ROAS and reduce ACoS. Continuously experiment with targeting, bidding, creatives, and placements. Monitor campaign KPIs, build reports, and generate actionable insights for scaling. Analytics & Reporting Use Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Business Reports, and 3P tools (e.g., Helium10, DataHawk, etc.) to uncover trends. Track daily/weekly/monthly sales, session, CTR, and CVR metrics to inform strategy. Share dashboards and insights regularly with marketing and category teams. Amazon Relationship Management Liaise with Amazon account managers for ad credits, event placements, lightning deals, and promotional calendar planning. Drive visibility during events like Prime Day, Diwali Sale, and Great Indian Festival. Market Intelligence & Experiments Benchmark against competition pricing, ratings, ads strategy, keyword gaps, content quality. Test new Amazon features and betas (e.g., AMC, Brand Story modules, etc.). What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of hands-on Amazon ads experience in a high-growth D2C or consumer product brand. Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Comfort with ad dashboards and bid management tools. Proven track record of managing large ad budgets and scaling product rankings. Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics, Listing SEO, and FBA metrics. Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset. Bonus: Familiarity with Flipkart, Myntra, or other Indian marketplaces.
