Marketing Analyst

• Analyze campaign and funnel performance metrics including traffic, form fills, inquiries, AQLs, MQLs, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual feedback files to pass offline conversion and audience data into advertising platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Build and maintain clear, interactive dashboards in

  Power BI

  to support marketing stakeholders.
• Write efficient

  SQL

  queries to support reporting and ad hoc investigations across marketing and sales data.
• Adjust and troubleshoot advertising tags (e.g., floodlight, LinkedIn Insight, Meta Pixel) deployed via

  Adobe Launch

  on Avalaras website.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure proper tagging, campaign hierarchy, and data integrity.
• Validate and QA data across tools like Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense.
• Translate analysis into insights and recommendations for digital campaign optimizations and strategic decisions.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing analytics, digital marketing, or marketing operations role.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels and metrics: website visitors, leads, form fills, inquiries, AQLs, MQLs, and opportunities.
• Proficiency with

  Power BI

  for building user-friendly dashboards and marketing performance reports.
• Strong

  SQL

  skills (intermediate to advanced), including experience with joins, filters, and aggregations across large datasets.
• Experience managing audience or conversion data uploads into ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager).
• Familiarity with

  tag management systems

  , to deploy or troubleshoot marketing pixels and tags.
• Ability to reconcile and clean data across marketing systems and deliver actionable business insights.
