Job Description

  • Analyze marketing performance data (digital, offline, and integrated campaigns) and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct comprehensive

    market research

    , competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to support strategic planning.
  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs across multiple platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, ad platforms, etc.).
  • Build dashboards and reports to present findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align insights with business goals.
  • Identify trends, forecast market behavior, and make recommendations to improve targeting, budget allocation, and conversion.
  • Use data to evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness, A/B tests, and audience strategies.

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • 6 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Proficient in tools such as

    Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL

    , or similar.
  • Strong understanding of

    data modeling, marketing funnels, attribution models, and ROI analysis

  • Excellent skills in

    data storytelling, report writing, and presentation

  • Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative

    market research

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
