Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads - Manage client accounts effectively - Build and nurture strong client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth - Support the company's overall business strategy Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships - Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Prior experience in a marketing agency or similar industry is a plus Please note that this is a full-time on-site position, from Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays off.
