**About the Role:**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager** with strong experience in **marketing and sales within the influencer marketing, media, or PR industry**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and closing high-value deals with brands and agencies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

* Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients across industries for influencer marketing and PR campaigns.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and account management.

* Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach activities.

* Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, and influencer management) to deliver impactful campaigns.

* Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches to prospective clients.

* Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the influencer marketing space.

* Negotiate contracts and close deals with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

**Key Skills & Requirements:**

* **3–5 years** of proven experience in **sales, marketing, or business development** in the influencer marketing, digital media, or PR sector.

* Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and brand partnerships.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Proven track record of **cracking big deals** and meeting sales targets.

* Proficiency in **English (spoken and written)**.

* Strong **market research** and lead generation skills.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
