About Us:

At WorkinX Digital, we are a boutique DTC Creative Agency that collaborates with eCommerce brands in the US and UK to help them stand out from the competition and convert more users.

Established in 2018, we've grown steadily and now have about 27 team members, aiming to double down by the mid of 2026. We've worked with over 700 brands, including renowned names like Adidas, Vicks, Coway, Elo Touch, and many other 6-7-8 figure brands.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads and companies.
• Build detailed lead lists with relevant contact and company information.
• Analyze and segment leads based on business size, category, and potential fit.
• Assist the sales team in preparing outreach strategies and reports.
• Track lead data and maintain the CRM or internal lead sheets.
• Support in drafting initial outreach messages and proposals (where needed).
• Keep an eye on industry news and new brand launches to find opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• MBA in marketing is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity to explore brands, industries, and trends within eCommerce and DTC.
• Organized and detail-oriented, you’ll be handling lots of data.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, LinkedIn, and basic research tools.
• A genuine interest in sales, marketing, or business development.

Office hours - 2 PM-10 PM

Week-offs: Saturday & Sunday

Location - Paschim Vihar, West Delhi (Hybrid)

Stipend - 15-20K per month

Duration - 3-6 months
