Key Responsibilities Conduct field-based market research by meeting target customers and understanding their needs, pain points, and buying behaviour. Clearly explain and demonstrate the product to customers and gather structured feedback. Analyze customer interactions to identify product gaps, feature improvements, and usability challenges . Prepare insight reports and share recommendations with the product development team. Identify potential solar dealers, installers, and channel partners in the market. Engage with dealers, explain the product value proposition, and support the onboarding process . Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies in the solar segment. Support pilot launches and product validation activities in real market conditions. Qualifications: Any Graduation having Science as a main Subject. Strong passion for Solar technologies and a genuine interest in contributing to a greener future. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey leads clearly. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and data documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative to complete assigned tasks.
