Role Overview: We are hiring a Market Research Executive Intern to support our marketing and sales teams with data-backed research and insights. This is a learning opportunity to understand global markets, particularly the US IT services landscape, and contribute to strategic business development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct secondary research on IT trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and target industries in the US market Analyze customer segments, buyer personas, and service demand across sectors like healthcare, finance, retail, etc. Identify key decision-makers, partners, and business leads using LinkedIn, Clutch, and other B2B platforms Monitor industry reports, technology forums, and analyst research to spot new opportunities Compile insights into structured reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or PowerPoint Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support go-to-market strategies Maintain internal research documentation and databases Preferred Candidate Profile: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field Strong interest in IT services, global markets, and technology trends Analytical mindset with good attention to detail Strong research, data interpretation, and report writing skills Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or research platforms is a plus Good written and verbal communication skills (English) Willingness to work in a flexible schedule to support US time zones when needed
