Role Description

This is a full-time Market Research Analyst L2 position based in Hyderabad. As a Market Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to support strategic business decisions. Your day-to-day tasks will include collecting data, performing data analysis, identifying market trends, preparing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end research initiatives, encompassing scoping, planning, execution, and reporting, while maintaining a focus on the overarching vision.
Conduct comprehensive client interactions and manage reports, both pre and post-sales, across diverse industry verticals including Healthcare ICT, Energy and Power, Chemicals and Materials, F&B, Agriculture, Aerospace and Defence, Consumer Goods, Oil and Gas, Automobile, and automation,
Demonstrate expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Supervise and guide a high-performing team of researchers, implementing effective team-building strategies.
Identify key industry areas and select pertinent topics for syndicate reports, utilizing qualitative market research tools to present data effectively to clients.
Develop market intelligence and formulate strategic insights, ensuring alignment with overall research priorities.
Utilize experimental research methodologies as required by clients, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive intelligence.
Address client requirements, facilitate business processes, and capitalize on market opportunities.
Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills to convey compelling arguments.
Provide training on market data analysis to enhance team proficiency and report accuracy.
Manage multiple concurrent reports efficiently with limited resources.
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop the research team in accordance with client needs and project objectives.
Collaborate with research, lead generation, and sales departments to set and monitor objectives, quality standards, deal values, and client retention strategies.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of core market research and report writing experience, along with the ability to manage a team of 5 or more.
Demonstrate proficiency in cross-domain functionality and experience in syndicate/custom and consulting reports.
Hands-on experience in market forecasting across various industry verticals.
Possess a master s degree, preferably an MBA in marketing.
